Jacob was born in the September 2004.
Jacob is a truly amazing boy, he is incredibly sociable, caring, he has a complete endearing character. Jacob is a complete pleasure to be around and lightens up every room he enters.
Jacob loves spending time with family, friends and really enjoyed sport. To name just a few…….rugby, football, swimming, tennis and cycling were all sports that Jacob regurarly participated in. Jacob played Rugby for the A Team in school and was a keen member of Stratford Upon Avon Rugby Club.
Jacob is amazingly close to his little brother Oscar and his dog (we call him his ‘Recovery Dog’) Lupo! – Lupo has sat with Jacob every minute of his recovery.
Jacob is surrounded by family, friends and generally life has been fantastic.
